Before you log in or pay
How to check you are on the real GemBet
Fake casino sites copy a real brand's name, logo and colours to take logins and deposits. A couple of minutes of checking catches most of them.
Check it with the GemBet Authenticator
GemBet's own site has a tool called the GemBet Authenticator. It tells you whether a website, social media page, agent username or phone number that says it is GemBet is really official.
Use it on anything you were sent, before you trust it with a password or a payment.
Where to find it
- Open GemBet from a link you already trust, or from the button on this site.
- Scroll to the footer and find Info & Resources.
- Choose GemBet Authenticator and enter the link or contact you want to check.
Signs a site or contact is not GemBet
- The address is nearly right. One extra letter, a swapped word or a different ending. Read the address bar, not the logo.
- The link arrived in a private message. Go to GemBet from a link you already trust, and check the one you were sent with the Authenticator.
- You are asked to pay into a personal account. Check that person with the Authenticator before you send anything.
- Someone asks for your password or a one-time code. Never give either, whoever says they are calling.
- The offer is much bigger than GemBet's own. In Singapore the live casino welcome is 100% up to SGD 330 and the sports welcome is 150% up to SGD 500. A far larger offer in GemBet's name deserves a second look.
18+ and within limits
Poker at GemBet is for adults only. Decide what you can afford before you play, and stop when it is spent, win or lose.
GemBet policies
GemBet's T&Cs set out time-outs, from 24 hours to two months, and self-exclusion. Its Responsible Gaming Principles cover setting limits and taking breaks, and its Protection of Minors Policy explains age checks. All three are in the footer of the GemBet site.
